Dear Lucille,I sent you an email almost an hour after Tom returned. There is something wrong with the phone connection here, that is why I cannot reach Shayne. Usually I have to call her at work via other people. She had planned to come by at the end of the month, to talk about what to do about her driving lessons. I became dissatisfied with the way the company did business. But she didn't come by. There are many money problems. She may not be doing well and I can't find out easily. Her attitude has always been positive and uncomplaining and she always says she will write. She does appreciate anything you say to her or wish to do for her. But mail is not always delivered. I have many provable instances of my mail not being delivered. The mail problem and correspondence problems hinge on all the other problems I have described in the past, concerning my situation here, my health, all the other negative things I communicated to you over the years and will not repeat here. I have reported already and numerous times that my world here is totally wrong. It is not Shayne's fault, anymore than it was the fault of the people of New Orleans, that they suffered so much after Hurricane Katrina. I tried to make that clear but, obviously, I failed to make you understand what I have been talking about. As for the proposal, I thank you for the debriefing you have forwarded to me. It is very clear and helpful. As for being deceitful, that is not the case. As my business is an American business and I pay American taxes. Twice I tried to receive the debriefing over the Internet, which sent an email to the Agency. I thought they would send an email to me or put the debriefing on the Internet, but I suppose, they decided to phone. Naturally, phoning to America is cheaper and different from phoning to overseas. I assumed phoning would only ever occur, if and when my proposals were being given serious consideration. I have been registered for about six or more years and hadn't ever changed my original registration. I hope I haven't put you to any inconvenience. I apologize if I have. From time to time, I apply for something, if I think if falls slightly in the area I am developing products in. I am just a one-man, minority and female organization but I have never reported that I am black and female, because it requires more registration at other agencies to be verified and I have never found the proper agencies that do these classifications. But I am not dishonest. I am surprised that you think I could be.
