Dear Lucille,I enjoyed talking with you and afterwards, around 4:30, I called the hotel in Barcelona to check if Thomas had arrived ok. Surprisingly, he hadn't checked. His flight was supposed to arrive at 3:25 Dutch time. Looking through the phone book, I noticed IBERIA wasn't listed in the Yellow Pages 2004. I called Schiphol to try to learn if he had actually boarded the plane. And I was informed that such information is not given out by them. If he had medical problems, I have to wait for the hospital to contact me. I can't even go to him, if problems did arise. I told the Hotel that I would call back later. (They said he was scheduled to check in but didn't). What a hell this place is!
