I could still request a copy of the original solicitation, but it would take to long to arrive by mail. So I am going to attempt to submit a bid, anyway (without seeing the solicitation), and I want to ask a favor of you. I would like to send my bid by email (within the next two days) to you and I wonder if you could then print it and put it (along with 3 copies) in an envelope and send it to the address I give to you.
